General
These general terms and conditions are binding. Both for Holiday Home Odoorn and for those who conclude a lease with Holiday Home Odoorn.

Prices as specified in your booking. & nbsp;
Cancellation & nbsp;
The cancellation conditions such as reported and agreed with the Online Travel Agency where the booking is made are valid.
Stay in Holiday Home Wageningen
Holiday Home Wageningen is available for rental all year round. * Weekend: Friday from 3 pm to Monday 10 am * Midweek: Monday from 3 pm to Friday 10 am * Week: Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday (arrival from 3 pm, departure before 10 am)
Liability of the tenant
No rent is made to persons under the age of 18. The tenant must inhabit the holiday home and the plot in a good and tidy manner. The tenant is liable for all damage or loss to the holiday home, plot, inventory and / or furniture that have arisen during the rental period by him or his co-tenant (s). This will be repaired at the expense of the tenant. The tenant must therefore take care of an appropriate liability insurance.
Occupancy and visit
It is not allowed to have more people stay in the house than for which the apartment has been furnished and / or agreed. Children count as a full person to determine the number of residents. If it turns out that there are still more residents than agreed, the owner has the right to charge the tenant € 50 per surplus person per day.
Obviously, there should be no nuisance for local residents. The latter also applies to the use of radio or TV.
Permanent habitation
The holiday home may only be used as a recreational accommodation and in particular no profession or business may be practiced therein. The tenant indemnifies Vakantie in Wageningen against all consequences of using the holiday home in any other way, by whatever name.
Registering as an inhabitant of the rented holiday home with the municipality of Wageningen means permanent residence, the latter is not allowed. The consequences of registration are entirely at the expense of the tenant.
Miscellaneous
Linen package and towel set can be supplied for a fee.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
Bringing pets is allowed.
Use of electricity, gas and water is included in the rental price. WIFI is free
Leftover objects
You can pick up leftover objects from the house in consultation with Holiday Home Wageningen or have them sent at your own expense. The objects are stored for a maximum of six months.
Questions and Comments
If you have a question and / or comment during your stay, please contact the owner. If you have suggestions for improvements after your stay, you can put them in the guestbook that you will find in the house.
Departure and final cleaning
The apartment must be left in the following way: * broom clean * everything washed clean, dried and put back in the cupboards * garbage bags in the container, empty bottles and waste paper in the designated place * refrigerator empty and clean * € 45, - will be charged for the final cleaning
